Jill R. Wagner - President
Jill began in the real estate title industry in May of 1985. She maintains her Minnesota licensing for Abstracting and Real Estate Insurance Producer. She has also been an agent with Stewart Title since 1991. Jill's knowledge of real estate is the foundation for Integrity Title, Inc. Always active in the community, Jill has served with the Alexandria Chamber Ambassadors, the Kiwanis Club, and the Boards of Directors for the YMCA, Theater L'Homme Dieu, and Alexandria Public Schools Education Foundation.
Jill is married to Jim and they have one son, Jared. In her free time, she enjoys time at the lake, golfing, quilting, and spending time with friends and family.
James (Jim) Wagner - Vice President
Jim has been working in the title industry since 1991. He currently does all of our plat drawings and property reports. Prior to working at Integrity Title, Jim was in the concrete business working with this brother. Jim graduated from Evansville High School and also has his AS degree from Alexandria Technical College.
He currently serves on the finance board at his local church. Jim is married to Jill and they have one son, Jared. In his spare time, Jim enjoys fishing, bowling, golf and travel.
Jared Wagner - Abstracter
Jared has been part of the Integrity Title team since the spring of 2014. He is involved in the abstracting department where he researches and updates abstracts, prepares O & E reports, as well as document or tax searches. Jared graduated from Alexandria Technical & Community College in the spring of 2011 with a degree in Marketing and Sales Management.
Jared currently resides in Alex with his wife, Hannah and their son, Landon, as well as their dog, Marley. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, traveling (especially to Arizona), bowling, attending local dirt track races, spending time at the lake and hanging out with friends and family. Jared is also a devoted Phoenix Suns basketball fan.
Hannah Wagner - File Coordinator & Construction Manager
Hannah joined the Integrity Title staff in April of 2013. She oversees and coordinates all of the closing files, the completion of abstracting and title work. She works closely with the customers and our lenders, realtors, and attorneys. Hannah graduated from Brandon High School and also has an Associate degree from MSCTC Fergus Falls.
She and Jared have been married since 2012 and welcomed their son Landon in 2019. Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling & scrapbooking.
Sheena Radermacher - Closing
Sheena came to Integrity Title in December of 2019 with 15 years of background experience in banking. She helps coordinate new closing files coming in and works closely with lenders and realtors. Sheena was born and raised in Alexandria. After hours she enjoys being at the lake, dirt track racing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Shawn Thorson - Title Insurance
Shawn joined the staff at Integrity Title at the beginning of 2021, to work in the Title Insurance department. In this role, he completes research of documents, tax searches, prepares O & E forms and title commitments. Shawn graduated from Alexandria Technical & Community College with a degree in Finance and Credit Management, and has been involved in the local real estate community for the past 30+ years.
Shawn resides in Alexandria and has two children. In his free time Shawn enjoys being outdoors, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
Kerri Wilkins - Vice President of Miscellaneous
Kerri became Integrity Title’s Vice President of Miscellaneous in February of 2021. She coordinates new closing files by working closely with customers, lenders, and realtors. Kerri was in the first graduating class of the new Alexandria Area High School and also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Bemidji State University.
Kerri and her husband, Dillon, live in Alexandria with their daughter, Grace, and Hank, their dog. In her free time, she enjoys being at the lake, and spending as much time as she can with her friends and family.
Donna Bruzik
Donna, also known as “Mamma Donna,” is the first smile you will see and voice you will hear at Integrity Title. She has been in the Alexandria area for 40 years and has a degree in Marketing and Sales from Alexandria Technical College. Donna met her husband Mark at school and has since been married for 38 years. Together, they have 4 children that kept them involved with the Alexandria marching band for over a decade. Now that her children are grown, Donna loves being a Grandma and proudly has 6 Grandkids and 6 Grandpuppies.
